As no physical trade fairs can take place in this half-year either, the successful format of DiMaP (Digital Machining Market Place) will go into the second round from March 16 to 19. Following the successful launch of the Digital Machining Market Place in spring 2020, 16 companies and institutes from the entire machining value chain, from research institutes to machine builders, have opted for the international online trade fair. The highlight of the format is live demonstrations from the machine, some of which will also be held jointly - by a machine builder and a tool manufacturer. The idea is to present digital solutions in a coordinated and real way from the point of view of the machining operation, as well as to answer questions from the participants live.

Setting the standard in digital machining together.

DiMaP initiator and coordinator is the wireless sensor system manufacturer for monitoring and control tasks, pro-micron GmbH from Kaufbeuren in the Allgäu region. With the help of sensor-based solutions, partners in the machining value chain can further develop their own offerings, introduce new business models and jointly set the standard in digital machining. Thus, fifteen technology leaders will also show their solutions live in the machine around the topic of "digital machining".
