Your role with us
You are our technical first-level contact for our customers – from initial commissioning to structured complaint processing.
Through cross-departmental collaboration, you ensure customer satisfaction, stable use of our systems, and sustainable relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
Your tasks
- First-Level Support & Complaint Management
First technical contact and execution of tests & analyses. - Initial Commissioning & Technical Customer Support
Execution of initial commissioning online and on-site - Aftersales Activities
Training of customers, identification of follow-up sales potential, and structuring of feedback - Technical Support for Sales
Technical organization of product demonstrations, trade show appearances, and technical documentation - Goods Dispatch & Quality Assurance
Ensuring the functionality of our systems and quality control before shipment
Your profile
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical training or degree (e.g., mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology)
- Experience in technical customer service, product support, or aftersales
- Structured, solution-oriented working approach
- Strong communication skills in German & English
- Willingness to travel (focus on DACH region)
- Proficient use of MS Office
Desirable Additional Qualifications (Good-to-Have)
- Knowledge of machine integration and interfaces (especially OPC UA)
- Experience with machine controls (e.g., Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc)
