Sales Engineer
Software Developer

Your role with us
In the agile team, you will build high-performance backends and refine data models and interfaces for maximum stability.
Your tasks
- Backend Development in Go / Node.js:
- Development and maintenance of backend components for web-based applications with REST API
- Ensuring performance and scalability of backend services
- Interface Development:
- Implementation of machine-level interfaces for data acquisition
- Validation and optimization of data flows between machines and software
- Database Modeling:
- Creation and further development of ER database models (PostgreSQL, SQLite)
- Optimization for time-series data and high data integrity
- Scaling for distributed systems (e.g., Azure)
- Agile Collaboration:
- Close cooperation within the software team (Scrum)
- Occasional exchange with customers to clarify technical requirements
- Role within the Team:
- Close collaboration with software developers in the Scrum team
- Potential collaboration with customers
- Medium- to Long-Term Objectives:
- Development of a stable, scalable backend for large data volumes
- Establishment and maintenance of efficient database models and an environment for long-lasting software products
- Technical advancement of interfaces
Your profile
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in Software Engineering/Development or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience as a software developer
- Solid knowledge in backend development
- Solid knowledge in web technologies for distributed systems
- Experience in machine-level development (interface development)
- Knowledge of ER database models (PostgreSQL, SQLite)
Desirable Additional Qualifications (Good-to-Have)
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering
- Understanding of the machining industry
- Experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins, and container virtualization with Docker
- Knowledge of the Fiber framework in Golang
- Experience working in a Scrum team
