spike® Monitoring Set

Intelligent real-time monitoring for stable processes. The spike® Monitoring System.

The spike® Monitoring System is an intelligent, sensitive monitoring solution for automatic real-time monitoring of manufacturing processes. It detects deviations, tool breakage, and quality risks early – before rejects occur.
Our fusion software sets triggers as recommendations to initiate automatic machine reactions. Various limit values and algorithms are available for this purpose, depending on the available sensor signal.

By extending with spike®2 or spike® Inspindle, high-frequency force and torque signals become additionally available. This allows even the smallest process changes to be reliably detected, such as a broken tool cutting edge.

With the spike® Monitoring System, pro-micron offers its own retrofittable monitoring solution, elevating the level of established spindle current monitoring systems. The system can be used in series production as well as in laboratory operations for automation purposes.
