The System
The package consists of the mobile sensory tool holder spike®2, a compact receiving unit – the read Flex – and our software fusion.
It can be used flexibly on all your machines.
The holder measures crucial process variables such as bending moment, torsion and axial force directly on the tool in real time and transmits them wirelessly via the receiving unit to the software.
There, the data can be immediately visualized, stored, documented and evaluated for comparisons. This allows tool breakage, wear, process instabilities or inefficient cutting parameters to be directly identified from the data and optimizations to be implemented.
