The spike Inspindle system provides intelligent, automated monitoring of manufacturing processes and enables the automation of machining operations. The focus is on the motor spindle, tool, and workpiece to specifically ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing.
The basis of the system is a sensor integrated into the motor spindle of the machine tool, capturing forces directly at the point of action. These are uniquely resolved for each individual cutting edge, allowing precise evaluation of each tool cutting edge.
