fusion STARTER
With fusion STARTER, you can easily enter data-driven process optimization purely via software. The package uses the existing machine signals, automates their recording and networks them to a central database throughout the company network.
Components
The System
The pm CONNECTOR records machine data such as spindle current, NC code as well as axis and tool information directly from the control and transfers it to fusion EDGE, where it is visualized and recorded in real time. Measurements can be conveniently started and stopped manually or automatically via NC code.
All data is centrally bundled via fusion SERVER – for a consistent, synchronous and cross-location data image. This means that all information is digitally available at all times, is automatically documented and can be accessed without manual effort.
Even without additional sensors, valuable insights into machining processes can be gained. And if it needs to be even more precise, the data can be seamlessly expanded at any time by the spike®2 for absolute force values.
