Components
The System
spike® delivers highly sensitive force data directly from the tool holder or spindle nose as a data stream.
This data is transmitted as real-time data to the 3rd-party system, which performs the analysis and machine reaction.
Critical states, such as exceeding limit values, trigger immediate reactions – from warning signals to automatic machine stops. In addition, processes can be visualized and analyzed via the 3rd-party software.
The fusion analysis tools can be added as an option.
