What is the pm Connector?
The pm Connector is a standalone, additional software that reads machine data directly from the PLC. These include, among others, Spindle current, Spindle speed, Axis data, Tool data and some other parameters.
Why collect machine data?
The collected data can be analyzed and processed in the analysis area of fusion. Force data from our spike® and spike® Inspindle sensors can be directly linked with the machine data.
This creates a complete picture of the process – from the real cutting forces to the machine parameters.
